Refund policy

We offer one free return or exchange on unworn, non-custom jewelry with original packaging within 14 days of your jewelry delivery.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot refund shipping for a return. If the order is cancelled prior to shipment, it can be refunded.

Returns/refunds are not available for custom orders or earrings orders (due to hygiene concern).
