Golden Mae pieces are hand-assembled and as a result take time to go through our production line. All orders are produced within 10 business days and dropped off at USPS on the 11th business day.

Returns
We offer one free return or exchange on unworn, non-custom jewelry with original packaging within 14 days of your jewelry delivery.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot refund shipping for a return. If the order is cancelled prior to shipment, it can be refunded.
Returns/refunds are not available for custom orders.
